We provide services to children such as tutoring, dance classes, music classes etc, which requires personal information collected from them or their parents/guardians.

Our website receives and gathers information when a user interacts with our website or linked pages and also while making use of our services. Our website automatically gathers information when a user browser uses its website or related pages. We also collect information such as usage statistics for webpages, articles etc, but this will not include any of the customer’s personal  information being saved or stored. As such, such statistical or analytical data is also shared with our partner or contract companies as it does not include any personal data of the customer. We sharesstatistical data from  our services with other contractors/ third party companies, only with the aim to improve our services and to provide an optimal online platform. To reiterate, we never discloses aggregate information to a third part company that we are in contractual partnership with, in a manner that would not identify/disclose customer’s  personal information.


When a customer receives any communication from ConsultEd or any of its associated or employees, we generally receive a confirmation, given the second party’s computer support such programs. This information is collected with the purpose of improving the emails send from us and to make it more interesting and helpful.  Customers can opt out of receiving emails by using the unsubscribing option available with every email sent.

Any information collected by ConsultEd is an integral for providing a better service to its customers. No information collected is rented or sold to a third party with the exception of statistical or aggravated data that is used to improve our services. Please note that statistical data shared with third parties do not contain any personal information of the customer. No child’s personal information is shared with a third party. Students performance and usage data is shared through aggregated and statistical comparisons but never in a way that any personal information is disclosed. Our services provide parents or guardians with reports on the progress of their children through email and other communications. By using our website and its services, you acknowledge and agree that by allowing your child to use our services,  we may send you email or other communications that the company believes is necessary to show the child’s progress.

The only exception to sharing personal information it is to comply with the law, enforce or apply our conditions of use or agreements or protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our employees, our users, or others. Please note that this do not include exchanges with any third party companies or organizations.

Secure logging in information:

We might provide our users with logging in capability to create a profile for themselves on our website. These accounts will be password protected and it is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that they protect their logging in information by limiting access to your computer and by signing off  on the browser after use. We work towards protecting your user information and to ensure that the user accounts are kept private and secure however, the company cannot guarantee the security of user account information.
